You don't necessarily know how to fly fish, but you know how to eat, then the Domaine is open to you, only by reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance for the menus of the day, and 72 hours in advance for the other menus), depending on the tables available. Gastronomic and Enhanced Menus are served from 6 guests.

Exceptional home cooking

Come and discover local French cuisine, close to Verdun, homemade and from fresh and seasonal products. Our chef, Rudy, works on his menus every day for the daily menus, and every 2 months for the improved menus, in order to best adapt to the season. 


The cuisine at Sommedieue is very often based on game and mushrooms that we pick (ceps, Meuse truffles, chanterelles, trumpets of death, avriots, etc.), combined with Rudy's know-how, which is one of the great strengths of the estate!

Discover a wide choice of Scotch whisky, carefully selected by Bruno.


As well as some of the region's specialities, such as the famous mirabelle plum.


You'll also find a range of non-alcoholic drinks, open to all.



Alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health, so drink in moderation.

Sale of alcohol prohibited to minors.


Seminar host


The Domaine is fully equipped and open to seminars. We have a room specially dedicated to meetings, with a video projector and large whiteboard.


You can even choose from a range of breakfast options, including pains aux chocolates, croissants, orange juice and coffee in the morning.
